It
was our first Valentine’s Day as a married couple this year, and I
wanted to make my husband his favorite dessert - Ice Cream Cake! Problem
is, I don’t eat dairy or gluten, AND even the smallest ice cream cake
you can buy at the store is still too big for one person. So I set out
to find a recipe for a single serving ice cream cake. After having no
luck on pinterest (that’s a first), I came up with a recipe of my own
(imagine that!). Here it is…
Single Serving Ice Cream Cake!
First, crush cookies at the bottom (I used Nutter Butters)
Next, a layer of ice cream (I used vanilla with peanut butter pieces)
Next, one mini Warm Delights chocolate cake
Next, another layer of ice cream
Next, another mini Warm Delights chocolate cake
Next, whipped cream
Top it off with chocolate candy (I used peanut butter cups and Reese’s Pieces). Enjoy!
